Letters, partners & community work

Trying to change the rules.

It turns out you can write letters to your congresswoman even if you're 11! I'm writing to a bunch of people (my U.S. Representative, the Texas Department of Agriculture, food pantries, and more) asking them to please fix the confusing date labels on food. This stuff is slow. I'm being patient.

Less waste.

"When I switched from 'sell the gadget' to 'teach the families,' something cool happened. The families I talked to told me they were throwing way less food away. That's real food. On real plates. For real people."
